supercheapsigns.com is the company i used for professional bandit signs are only 1-2dollars a piece, and they are pretty big signs. bad weather will probably knock your signs downs also so it would be a waste of time.

Hi Emily,
5-6 inquiries are gonna be hard to get approve on any tupe of loans or credit, however, some credit cards are more laid back and they will give you a credit card -might start with a low balance but it's something to start building your credit file. store cards are also good, like jc penny, lowes. some of the card company will not issue you a card because of your inquiries. We have clients who are in the same situation therefore we remove their inquiries, takes 2-3 weeks then provide them with business funding because even credit cards are tough to get.

so you might want to try out store cards, capital one credit cards are good, discover etc.

if you are comfortable with the income you are making with your properties or doing real estate investing i think is the time. and or if you start thinking your job is taking a lot of your time -instead of working with your business and making more money your time is occupied with regular job i think it time to call it quits.

a few friends of mine quit their job because it was taking up their time when they can be their own boss and making their business successful
so it's up to you really to decide with your own situation.
