Gotcha, maybe check out some meetups in your area? Or perhaps someone in your sphere of influence might be interested?

From what I understand, the bank doesn't care if you have an LLC or not. That is more on the legal side of things to limit your liability if you are ever sued.

If you are someone who does your banking in-person and like where you are at now, it would be simplest to open it at the existing bank. If not, or there is a big enough advantage that another bank offers, you could consider opening them at a separate bank for sure.

I'm not familiar with your market, but look into the legality of wholesaling. Here in IL the law changed recently that all wholesalers have to be a licensed agent. Do you have financing lined up for the flips already?

@Daniel Forero Pineda, welcome to BP! Sounds like you're off to a good start! Have you considered house hacking your first deal?

@Kyle Lancuski, welcome to BP! In my experience and knowledge, FHA has to be owner-occupied for a minimum of one year as the primary residence. Unless you're referring to the FHA 203(k) loan?

Hey Raul, welcome to BP, you're in the right place! Also welcome to Wauconda, I love it here. The Lake County Property Investors hosts a meetup nearby (not affiliated, just know of it)

Lots of great info here on BP as well.

Best!
