Welcome to BP, you're in the right place. Start with continuing to educate yourself via the podcast, forums, articles, videos, etc. House hacking is a great way to start!

Hi Jack! There are numerous estate sale companies who will help you out with this for a percentage of the profit, or if you have some time you can list it on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist or similar. Or, sell to family or friends?

Hope this is helpful!

All the best!

Hey @Jacob Trogstad, welcome to BP! If you are familiar with farms, this is definitely a niche, especially if there are a lot in your area (or demand for them). That presents an opportunity since you already have experience in this niche, so definitely a decent possibility! I would encourage you to keep educating yourself as you explore all the options in real estate...

All the best!

Hi @Kathy Payne, welcome to BP! I've never bought it from Auction.com but I found this article which might be helpful to you:
https://www.auction.com/lp/learn-more/bank-owned/post-auction/
If a Realtor helped you, definitely include them in on it. And I would definitely get your lawyer involved ASAP and explain where you are at in the process before going too much further.

Congrats and hope it works out well for you!

Welcome to BP, Amelia! I would encourage you to keep educating yourself on the requirements, pros/cons, licenses required, and legalities of all the possible interests you mentioned above. There's tons of great info here on BP, whether on the podcast, articles, videos, forums, etc, you're in the right place! The more well-informed you are, the better decisions you will make!

All the best!
