Hi Jack! There are numerous estate sale companies who will help you out with this for a percentage of the profit, or if you have some time you can list it on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist or similar. Or, sell to family or friends?

Hey @Jacob Trogstad, welcome to BP! If you are familiar with farms, this is definitely a niche, especially if there are a lot in your area (or demand for them). That presents an opportunity since you already have experience in this niche, so definitely a decent possibility! If a Realtor helped you, definitely include them in on it. And I would definitely get your lawyer involved ASAP and explain where you are at in the process before going too much further.
