Everyone this is just "hypothetically speaking". I don't plan on raising the rents during this time because of the coronavirus. That would be insane. I'm not even the owner of the property in question yet. I was simply asking what is the best way to go about raising the rents period. And no one has said what's the best way to go about it.

Our laws don't say anything about notice of rent increases. I went through the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act and I didn't see anything at all about rent increases.

No it isn't a mobile home park. It's a total of 16 acres of land. On about 3 acres there are 7 mobile homes. They are separated on their own plat which allows them to have the yards. All 7 are run off of 3 wells for water. They pay their own electric bill. There is one common septic tank.

I pay for the well electricity. It mobile home is on well water.

No lot rents. Each mobile home has a separate address, no sewer due to the septic tank, garbage is taken care of by city.
