Quote from @Steven Garza:

Hello BP community,

I am a newer investor I currently have a flip on the market trying to be sold. As most of you know the market is super slow right now for sellers. I currently have a loan with a HML at 10.5% on a 6month term. Is it possible or does anyone know of anyone doing these types of refinancing I am getting close to panic mode and could use any and all help.

Thank you

I would look at a DSCR loan. I know of a very cheap option so let me know if you want the contact.

More of my clients want the 4 unit. Return is better and higher rent potential.

Hey everyone! Doing another meetup this upcoming Saturday. Come out and chat with other investors, agents, and lenders. We will most likely meet outside with the weather cooling off.

See you there!

Hey @Hossein Namazyfard, I know of a few brokerages that might be interested in your desire. Just remember, the brokerage might not want to take on the legal liability so I can't give you any guarantees. Shoot me a message if you want more info!

You will want to get multiple quotes from different lenders so you can see for yourself the numbers. Mortgage brokers do typically come out cheaper than big banks. If you want a few recommendations on who to talk to let me know.
