Andrew,
Don't give up, man. Keep going. I've been wholesaling for about two years myself. Go out and start driving for dollars and cold call or knock on doors. Read a great mindset book everyday to plunge out all the fear and negativity in your head. It helps me out a lot. I follow Brent Daniel's TTP content to help me. He gives clear instructions to follow. You only fail when you give up. Never five up. You got this!

That's amazing @Rachel Imhof. I've always wanted to get into New build flipping. How much are you expecting to profit on this one?

Go on YouTube and check out Brent Daniel's TTP channel. He's a cold calling advocate and teaches you how to cold call to get wholesale deals. Check it out.

That's great, Manny. You're taking action and seeking to talk to people to get deals. I personally use needtoskip.com and batchskiptracing.com to get my lists skiptraced. You can do this!

Alamo Title, Stewart Title, Freedom Title, Jones Kimball Law Firm, McKnight Title (Fort Worth). All do assignments and double closes. There's plenty of others too.

@Vernon Monroe
Are there any cash transactions that happened in that area? Call "For Rent" signs in the neighborhood to see if any landlords would be interested in buying it. JV with other wholesalers in your area to see if they can get a buyer. Post in FB groups. Call realtors in the area to see if they have clients to be interested.

You don't need a license, Ashley. Just need a lot of hustle.
