Hey Blake, welcome to the community!  I live in Daphne as well, and invest in Baldwin County.  Lee (previous commenter) is a great guy, so I'd recommend you connect with him and let him show you the ropes.  Best wishes on your new endeavor!

“Foundations of a Six-Figure Solo Business – With Ray Burkhalter

-THURSDAY, October 20th, 2016 @ 7 pm, (NEW LOCATION) – Ramada Plaza Resort (FWB) & Streaming LIVE for Online Members!

DO YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS OR DOES YOUR BUSINESS RUN YOU?

Do any of these describe you:

  • stressed about your business?
  • working late instead of closing shop on time?
  • falling short of financial targets?

As small business owners (often working Solo) we face different challenges than our friends and family members who have ‘day jobs’. So what do we do to combat these challenges? How do we avoid falling into the same trap over and over again?

We need solid business foundations in place to avoid ongoing issues like the ones mentioned above and many others. Think about it, you would never build a house without solid foundations, it wouldn’t be livable. But so many of us unknowingly build our small businesses without the foundations necessary to operate in a profitable manner.

And profits are just part of the equation. What good is having a nice income but no time to enjoy life? To paraphrase a famous scripture, what good does it do to gain the whole world and lose your soul?

The great news is that building the foundations for your business doesn’t have to be complicated! Business trainer and coach Ray Burkhalter has identified the 3 main foundations that any small business needs and the 12 specific steps to build those foundations.

Get your pen and pad ready, and come take some serious notes on the Foundations of a 6 Figure Solo Business, as Ray lays out these critical steps for you at the October PIG meeting. Go mark your calendars right now for Thursday, October 20th, 7 PM in Destin/FWB at the Ramada Plaza Resort, and by LIVE Streaming!

This meeting is free for all 1st time visitors and members, so INVITE A FRIEND, and come join us!

“Fix & Flip Fortunes – The MOST Important Thing…”

-THURSDAY, August 25th, 2016 (NEW DATE) @ 7 pm, Emerald Coast Convention Center – PLUS Live Stream for Online Members…

There’s an old real estate axiom that says, “you make your money when you buy, you just realize it when you sell.” However, it can also be said that you make (or save) money when you DON’T buy, yet you don’t realize THAT until you end up in a unprofitable deal you live to regret.

The key to a long, fruitful career in real estate investing is not just about the properties that you buy, but about the properties you don’t buy. If you follow-up every $30,000 profit “home run” deal, with a $30,000 “money pit” loss, you won’t be around long enough to build any real wealth or lasting success.

At this month’s PIG meeting, Matt Robinson (PIG founder) will be sharing about what he calls “the most important thing,” something commonly referred to in the real estate world as “due diligence.” He’ll be diving into which 3rd party reports and inspections are absolutely imperative, and which ones (if any) you can pass on. This is a meeting that you truly can’t afford to miss!

Go get your smart phone, and mark your calendars for Thursday, August 25th (NEW DATE!), 7 PM in Destin/FWB at the Emerald Coast Conference Center.
