Benjamin Abernathy I just went through the same search. I emailed about 15 different companies only two of which responded. I explained what I was trying to do and asked if they worked with investors and were familiar with wholesaling. Of the two that responded, only one of them welcomed me with open arms. I actually met with them today and after that meeting I feel supercharged!! They were so helpful and I now feel I can move forward with confidence. Call or shoot an email to the title companies in your area. You will find the right fit. Good luck out there!

I had a meeting with a title company today and I was blown away by their willingness to help me. Out of the 10-12 that I reached out to they were only one of two to respond. The “other guys” wouldn’t even entertain the thought and said underwriting didn’t want to touch it.
They were so accommodating and kind enough to spend time out of their day to go over everything with me. They reminded me of so many of you here in the BP community. I even plugged the BP site and suggested they check it out. I am so excited about the coming weeks!! Everything is starting to fall into place. I can’t wait.

If you get a really good deal on it, I would market it to the hunting community. There are a lot of hunters out there who dream of having their own land. For the right price, I feel marketing to this group would help you find a buyer.
As an avid outdoorsman, this is one of my goals :)
@Joel Lopez I sent you a PM. I know of a broker that lends on multifamily.
@Account Closed would you be interested in doing some JV deals in the future? I am interested in the Tyler,TX area.

@Fletcher Foroude I haven’t landed my first deal yet. I am still in the beginning stages. My plan is to start with wholesaling and move in to flips after that. So for now no experience with multi family units. It does seem like a good strategy. I’ll let you know if I run across any.

I was meant where you guys lived. I should have been more specific. I am trying to put together a meet up group with fellow BP members. Still in the works though.
