In order to send a message, you must first be colleagues with someone. Which means you send a colleague request, and they accept. Then you can message. You can also send a message with the colleague request, but only once. I didn't know there is a limit to colleagues request with messages. Please help.. I need access to my emails. I think there is a easy solution rather and banned members totally. Maybe a temporary ban for 7 days then 30 days and lastly a life time banned.. This is crazy. I never heard of a forum that automatically does this.  What  are your thoughts. I didn't get  a warning. It would seem like BP  would consider a gradually disabling your inbox thus a member  will clearly get them message of why they were suspended thus this can avoid them from being banned

I'm confused. In one post you want to become a wholesaler. In another you want to buy notes with your $70K. Now you want a storage facility? Are you just considering a bunch of alternatives?

The mini-storage I've invested in has been a terrible investment. And that's with a guy who's ran several of them before. $70K isn't enough to be more than a passive investor in a large group. All told, there was about $900K in cash and a $1.8 million loan into our deal. That's 281 units plus open storage. ROI last year was nearly zero and its maybe averaged 3% over the last few years.

Wow...Thanks for the insight.. I was under the impression mobile parks  didn't do  that well I guess its the storage one that are terrible.

I would be interested.

It all depends...I have acess and its a case  by case basis. Block  by block...

I don't see much talk about commercial business investing such as carwashes or food franchises.

I currently own a auto wash and looking for a tenant and it can be used a used car lot too.
