Hi I am having trouble with zillow rental listing.. Please help if you have done this before...
Basically, I went to "landlord" view and listed the contact info of my leasing agent...
However, on the "public" view, I am seeing my name with the agent's phone number....
How do I get her name to show instead of mine?

I just got approved for condo conversion, and I totally understand that sense of relief ...

@Patrice Pominville I did a tenant buyout in Aug 2019 for condo conversion purpose...
2 unit buildings are under entirely different rules... You should talk to Rosemarie at Sirkins FIRST before doing anything....

This woman I was talking about actually works for Wells Fargo... She has a small "Wells Fargo Mortgage" office of 5-7 assistants, and does between $400M to $800M a year....Average loan size here, I am guessing, $1M?

My mortgage broker does $400M to $800M each year for the part 15 years...
She owes 4 houses out right for a total value of $22M.... so she makes way way way more $600K a year

Just refinanced my rental to 3.75% 30 year fix... loan amount $700K on $1.3M valuation....

OK, I found BP in 2016 out of frustration at the time...I was trying to refinance and been turned down by every bank that I talked to... Lol
Since I joined BP, however, I noticed the posts have been changing over time.. And below is the "hot" topics that I noticed... Lol
2016 - "I just did my first flip.. $50K profit in 4 months, using other people's money"
2017 - "Appreciation vs. Cash Flow"
2018 - "I went OOS, now making $100/month"
2019 - "Where can I find 1% rule?"
2020 (so far) - "It is losing money, should I hold or should I sell"

I know a lot more "pre-foreclosures" listed on Zillow...
I was quite shocked to see that many defaults these days

@Sam Josh - check out Auction.com... There are currently 11 listed in SF and 49 listed in Santa Clara county.... that is about 1/4 to 1/3 of 2011 level....

I see the same trend in San Francisco bay area too....
Not the same absolute number increases, but percentage increase is likely even bigger than Chicago...
