@Raj Vachani

I would have a lot more trust in your story had you simply come out and say look I am here to attract potential investors....Your goal is as clear as day here, but there is nothing wrong with it, so why sugar-coat it?....

I am looking at MFH opportunity in San Francisco... everything looks great except for the fact that there are 2 protected tenants in the building... Both moved in back in 1970s, so they are probably in their 70s of age now...

Now, I understand that these tenants are "untouchable" in San Francisco, and your only hope is to wait until their pass (sorry to say that).. Given that, I love to hear from you if you had any experience in this space, and what is your recommendation... Thank you

Calling electrical pros ----

I am in a situation where power was out and an electrician tied the ground and neutral behind a GFCI and put power back on, but I am very worried that it is a hazard... Your thoughts?

If you don't cash flow when rent is at a historical high, and mortgage rate at a historical low, when will you?

I am in a situation where electrical wire needs to be re-routed for about 6 ft... My electrician tells me that "technically" we need to pull a permit for that.... Seriously???

@Account Closed

Finch way is a HUGE discount from just 2 months ago...Below is Apr price....

https://www.zillow.com/homes/for_sale/house,condo,...

And, if you still recall $2M got you a 2/1 for 864sq ft just 3 months ago...

For Finch to go at $2.15M, that is easily 15% drop...

And get this, my co-worker walked away from their contract forteiting EM of $75K... this week....

Of course, you folks can say whatever, but truth is price is dropping ....
