Welcome to BiggerPockets @Amber Nachreiner , thanks so much for introducing yourself to the community! I think it's a great idea, what you're doing. I did a similar thing when I bought my first home. I bought an SFH and rented out the spare rooms. It's worked out well :)

@Brentree Bearden They will be listed on the MLS the same way other homes are. It may be difficult to find in SD. They'll be extremely pricey as well! It's the same in my area and that's why I just bought an SFH and rented out rooms.
