So, the Productivity Program I was talking about meets every Monday with a mentor for dual agent careers, thus I think it’s more than training on paper. Not sure if the BOLD program is different than the Productivity Program though.

Thank you for the response and for the further details! Right now, the The commission split is about 70/30. Then from my 70% I have to give 20% to the mentor for the first transactions... so, in reality it breaks down to about a 50/50 split from my first three transactions.

@Francisco Torres thank you for the response! So, the KW office that I spoke to, told me they don’t provide leads, but their education system teaches new agents how to generate / find leads. What do you think of that? Thanks for the info!
