Looking to get some feedback about SEO and how BP may help my website rank better. 

-Do the links to our website in our signature help?

-Is BP a high PR site for real estate? Do blogs on this site count?

-What else?

I want to take advantage of BP to help build quality back links to my website. As you know with Penguin 3.0 some sites took a hit in their ranking. I hear it's not quantity but quality of back links. I want to learn more about this so I'm reading up on past SEO posts as well, but any tips you would like to share would be awesome too!

I'm not saying I'm doing a deal every month since I do this part time, but I could certainly help answer questions you have about wholesaling in Grand Rapids. I want to learn more about this as well. Definitely want to step up my online leads. Tried PPC a while ago when I had about $300 in free credit. I blew it all in about 3 days and got 2 leads... crap leads.

I've been wholesaling in grand rapids for a bit and I can say 70% doesn't really fly, but sometimes it does. It depends on the area.

I have a deal with about 55k gross profit, more like 30k when all is said and done. I need to close by August 15th or 18th. Are there any HML's that can pull this off in Michigan?

I'm liking this! Thanks for the advice guys. I could have sunk 15k into this and only got about 10k return, but because I'm going to do less repairs to get to that point I can realize closer to a 20k return. I'm still doing my research and will check out a few open houses, but I have a new perspective on this now.

I'm not sure what forced equity is, but if I understand your question right you're asking why do anything to it if I could just sell it as-is for $115k-$120k instead of putting 15k into it and selling it for the same difference? 

It is a good question. I would have to look more closely at the houses in the same condition and the big question is how long did it take those ones to sell. My original thought was if I fix it up to look a little more updated = it would sell faster as it would appeal to more buyers vs. lower sale price and no repairs = longer days on market because it wouldn't appeal to many buyers in that condition... or would it? You bring up a good point and I need to look into this more.
