Years ago I held a real estate investing camp in Las Vegas and 792 people attended. At that 3-day event, I had over a dozen people come up on stage and share with the entire group how they had become millionaires with my program.
We recorded that event and turned it into a DVD. At this event, "Mike's Millionaires," we are going to watch these students' testimonials and show you the techniques that they used to do the deals that they did.
Come spend a highly inspiring day and full day with Mike Watson and see how regular investors turned into high-producing investing stars with Highest and Best Use Real Estate Investing. The location will be in Provo, Utah and the venue will be announced soon. NOTE, YOU MUST BRING A GUEST TO ATTEND. Those that come alone will not enter. Time to start building your teams.Event time will be from 9am-5pm. Seating is limited.

@Brandon Norlund..... a guy from Utah! How are you?
This has been an interesting post. I've had a blast. About your comments, BP is very strict about what may be viewed as offering something for sale versus sharing information.
Admittedly, I haven't found the line where the sharing info changes into selling something as I have been warned on a post where I didn't solicit a sale, offer a price, place a link or anything close. I am thinking I got in trouble because I said, "my student" in a post and referenced "my program."
So, I am a little gun shy about teaching people really cool things here so I don't get threatened again.
I've encouraged anyone and everyone to call or email so I can speak freely and answer any and all questions, which apparently also sets off bells and whistles that I am trying to sell something, which I have yet to attempt to do.
So, I'd love to chat. Reach out if you are really interested. We do a lot of really cool things in your backyard. Found the most amazing deal right in Clearfield Wednesday, not far from you.

@Pat Jackson thanks for your comments and especially for not being vicious, cruel and slandering me.
I am new here to BP and the reason I don't freely talk about what I do is because the first time that I did, BP removed the post and sent me a message telling me not to do so.
I didn't offer to sell anything at all, but made reference to something that one of my students had done as an example in "my program" and someone reported me.
So now, I am very unsure of where the imaginary line is from where I am sharing what I do to selling something that I never brought up, offered a price on, put a link to or anything else.
I figured, if someone really wanted to know, they would reach out. I'm thinking whichever way I turn here, someone is upset somehow, especially considering some of the massive egos.
I heard that coming on here from a number of the people that I work with that are members, but didn't expect someone to find fault with nearly everything. I'm about done with this site, to be honest. I am surprised how little activity is generated out of what they are claiming to be 800k+ members. My own gurudar might go off at some point about that one. Bwahahahaha. (Now I'm going to get reported and threatened again I fear.)
I've fielded calls and emails from lots of people here and not offered anything for a price even once. I figure if someone is in the market for professional help, they will ask.
And sadly, most people tend to think the worst when they see something they don't understand. This thread is full of them. This simple little thread for a tiny event is proof.
And while you were kind, inquisitive and professional in your comments, your thoughts and post could be viewed as negative, "my gurudar is really going off." (Thanks again for not being ugly. I've had what seems like a lifetime of it.)
So, sorry to set off your gurudar again, but if you are genuinely interested, I'd be more than willing to personally chat offline. Have a great weekend.
Check back on this post in a week or two and it will be interesting to see if it is still even here.

@Caleb Heimsoth, I see that you are a mechanical engineer. Nice! I've known quite a few investors with that background. I envy the a lot of you guys think. It can lend itself well to developments, entitlements, city processes and more.
Have you ever looked into that? I'll bet that you'd be great at that.
