My 2/1 Apartments at Cardinal   MPARK Apartments 7559 Mentor Ave. are now renting after fix up $869.00 plus $40.00 water/sewer.  I would think $1200.00 minimum for self contained single 3/1 single family out there now.  Maybe higher!!  That would be at least 1100-1200 sf.  Just my opinion.

Hi all,

This is Swanny.  I did not hear any mention where most of my 200 units are situated.  I have 57 units in Mentor and 120 units in Painesville.  Those areas have been very good to me and landlord friendly too!!

Congrats for you asking the question!! I love Multifamily and just retired off of my apartment complexes. I live in San Diego and was featured as a guest on Podcast 238 and I was on the front cover of BP’s new wealth magazine too. Maybe listen to Podcast 238 and then message me. I follow David Lindahl’s book called Multi-Family Millions in repositioning my apartment complexes and now have amassed over 200 units and am forging ahead to my goal of 1000-2,000 units in the next few years.

I plan on doing a ton of podcast guest appearances when I retire. Plus I have left my cell phone available to help and teach people about what I have done, mon-Fri and I truly believe that the more people I help to be financially free as a teacher it has really meant a lot to me too!!
