I used F$ when I was just getting started and it helped me out a lot. Now I think RealeFlow is the best fit. It pull data on the owner and imports data from the CSV files in a better way so that I can just add the phone # of the seller in while I'm on the phone with them.

A buddy of mine is using Podio and I think I'll pay him(or get him drunk enough to give me a copy) for it. I can have everything layed out in a way that works for me(dyslexic).

All these people may have a CRM that's better, but what really matters is does it work for you. I would only go with one that gives a 30 day free trial. Every company needs to earn your business.

Find a realtor in your zip code on here. It's easy. And then get them to give you a sub login. Buy them dinner or lunch and tell them "I'll send you all my dead leads.

I think Cali may not allow that info publicly. If so you might just need to get Access to the MLS.

I don't see why it's a problem for them to knoe(eventually) what you have it at with the seller.

I have a buyer who desperately needs a deal in Austell. His brother also is looking for a property to turn into a rental.

Let me know if you have anything in Austell and I'll show them and we can split the profit. Put my email on your buyers list if you're a wholesaler.

Mai to your local REIA or check Craigslist for some one who keeps popping up with deals. Then asks how you can help them. Basically find some one doing what you want to do and get then to teach you.

Post: copy write a company as leverage to include me in their venture

There's a store my wife loves and I have found that their name is not copy written. I'd like to copy write it so the owner would have a reason to include me in the business. Later I would like to expand into a franchise.

The real question is, can I do this, and not seem like a Trump? And, If so, what can I do show her I'm not looking to get payment from her but a desire to work with her, and improve the business?
