The law office I work at is on Church Street, right off Marietta Square, so if you happen to be in the area again soon, let me know. Always looking to network and connect.

I will. It always good to have friends that now the law. Her keywords going. In settings you should have at least Atlanta and anytime it pops up, you'll get an email. So when there's a networking event, you'll know.

House hack. Like brandon did. You can get a HUD home thats a duplex and rent the other side out. Or you can wholesale like me. Find some one who does it and bring them deals. I found an apartment building and I'm bringing it to a buddy who does them all the time.

I'm currently a lawyer, but don't get too excited because my focus is criminal defense and the only real estate contract I've ever seen is the one for my own house. I'm married with 2 small kids, and my goal is to stay home with them while running a business from home. I'm an excellent student so I'm hoping to learn the ropes and jump in as quickly as possible, with the knowledge that most of the learning comes from doing. Always available for a good cup of coffee and conversation.

I recently locked up a house walking distance to the square. So how do you plan to jump into the REI world?

I'm looking for wholesaling and/or rehab/flip opportunities, with the goal of building up a portfolio of properties that generate cash flow for retirement.

Thanks to all of you for sharing your wisdom!

How about the west side? Like cobb and paulding area.

I love the DFW area. I just linked up with a lady in Fort Worth. The laws there are very similar to Georgia.

why not make it a weekly thing. That way @Eli Rose can set it up and then a point some one to run it the following week.
