you're better off researching and doing it yourself than hiring a company. trust me, speaking from experience. i used the two most popular companies, both disappointed. just do it yourself

it is my understanding that you can notify your employer of your intentions to make use of the credit, and they will withhold less tax to add up to the 8k.

i frankly don't think anyone will loan you the 8k

how on earth can you owe 14k to the water company???? how does one even use that much water???

how do I locate hard money lenders in my area? do i need to go with a local lender?

honestly, if she pays early I wouldn't raise her rent. so many landlords seem to have trouble with people paying, i would probably put up with her crap and just only fix what really NEEDS to be fixed

not to b*tch, but after several days of trying to get used to it, i have just stopped visiting the main forum page altogether-i only view topics by going to "recent discussions" and "my discussions" because trying to navigate to specific categories i'm interested in is giving me a headache

I can't say all of what I'm really thinking but suffice it to say:

a.) Palin sucks at life, will never win

b.) Obama sucks at life, will not be re-elected

c.) At least we have plenty of time to invest and make loads via REI in this unstable crappy economy, since we all know Obama can't/won't fix it.
