Thanks @HamlinCaldwell. Looking for C in a B neighborhood which I could fix up. Prefer 10-20 units. I couldn't tell how many units that first one was?

Hey so my tenant put on a large trampoline without my knowledge. I got a call from the neighbor that it's loud ... and also close to the fence which my neighbor feels is a little dangerous. My tenant is a good one. His kids use this trampoline a lot now that it's summer. I'm on the fence about making him take it down and welcome your thoughts. Thanks !

Hey Pro Members,
I am in the market to buy a slightly larger (5 - 20) apartment building and wondering if any of you had a good source. Loop Net seems to be lacking for me. Thanks in advance for any help!
