I'm sending out lots of list mailings and I'm overwhelmed. Any good books or ideas on systems to manage lists, leads, etc?

I'd do research into the area yourself. Don't rely on MLS. Also see what the vacancies are currently in the area.

@Christopher Reid  It depends on what you're having done.  I have personal and corp. I believe the cost will be in the $1000 range
