@Michael Junior yes I have a property in Black Rock and a property in South Norwalk. I'm focusing now on bigger multis, preferably 50+ both in and out of the state. I am an agent with the Higgins Group. My team specializes in working with investors. CT Homefinder is our other company. Happy to buy you a cup of coffee!

Hey there,
I need a little help here please. I have an investment property which I bought under a LLC. The property was just refinanced but wasn't able to pull money out due to fees and such. I do have a little equity in the property and would like to pull out a little money but I can't find a lender who would do such loan. Issue is I am not owner occupied ... can't refiance since I recently did refinance. Who would do such a loan if anyone? I am only looking for something small - less than $10k for minor plumbing issue and electric upgrade. Thanks.

Brett, you still own the house and are just renting it? You do not need to set up an LLC for that. Just make sure you have proper insurance and I'd have your tenants get liability insurance as well and make it a requirement in the lease.

Hey, I am an investor and agent looking at deals all over the country. I seem to get stuck trying to determine the cap rate in markets I am not too familiar with and was wondering if there was a source out there to look up? Even a site where you could look up sold multis with prices and then I could reverse engineer. Thoughts?
