Looking on input on what investors feel about the LA market with all these hotels popping up.  Debating entering that area with some experienced hotel investors/owners, and wanted a 3rd part view.

Alot of action in California, that's for sure!  Good and bad.  Best of luck, I'm always open to listen.

Generally they want you to be able to put in 15-20% down, and I really only have access to about 5-10% down in liquid assets. So, I'm also considering finding partners to fund the down payment, and then using an HML to fund the rehab and purchase.

You won't make much here in the SoCal market going this route IMO.

Hello and best of luck on your new adventure.

Did you disclose you were going to assign it?  Could you have really closed on it?

If no, then not a shady deal.

Speed, quality, price.

That is how we operate our flips.

Hello all, I am visiting Houston the weekend of 4/21 and was wondering if there are any REI related events going on that weekend.

TIA

@Trevor Baker Sure, i think we can go look.

Send me a message and we can go from there.

Quick is how we operate as long as there isn't too many changes to the layout or any additions.

Thats the only way we can do the amount we do.

Local Home Depot is the worst place to go. Definitely local rei clubs or just word of mouth.
