There are a ton of PM companies in the area. From large to small finding one that fits your needs shouldn't be too hard. If that doesn't work I'm sure you can find a local who would be happy to help you manage them. I've met enough investors here that I know would love the experience.

Hey everyone how's it going?

Just wanted to touch base. So for this Tuesday the 2nd of March how does Caffeine Dreams on Farnham road at 630 work for you guys and gals? 

I'm in agreement with @Kyle Niemann . Born and raised just outside of Kansas City and it was a great area. Currently living and investing in Omaha. I'd also feel more than comfortable looking at the KC area as well.

@James Ritter - I'd say send it out. Every time you try something new you're learning. If you send out all 2300 mailers and get nothing in return then just know you spent $2300 on your education, not on a failed mailing attempt. 

The message is good, just generic. It looks as though you ALREADY put in the work, so why not give it a shot. You can progress as time goes on getting more extravagant with each mailing if you find that is what works, but until you start. You will never know what the next step is, right?

@Jessica A. Smith - Fear is good! It means you're growing and moving upwards in life. Keep becoming afraid and eventually you will be doing things you would have never dreamed of!
