@Brandon Baker, In LR bet you would like Broadmoor, some pockets of Midtown around Markham especially, SWLR off of Stagecoach/Colonel Glenn, Yorkwood, a few great pockets down Geyer Springs, lots of pockets down Vimy Ridge, in Shannon Hills, and also Mabelvale.  In NLR, you can find most things north of 40, Camp Robinson, parts of Sherwood.  Basically you can take your pick.  I have two duplexes right now under contract in Park Hill.  One I'm wholesaling and the other I might keep/might wholesale.  Getting some more numbers tomorrow.

I hated to see that too.  They had a great manager at P.F. Chang’s though that left three or four years ago now.  Things noticeably changed after that.

If rehabbing, with the right numbers you don’t need anything down.

25-30k down will get you a few solid rentals in good shape in B/C areas too.
