What size of MF are you looking for?

@Jeff Mason, I decided on Mojo for the volume of skip traces for only $40.

I am switching from REIRail to Mojo.  I have two numbers, one I moved *from* CallRail to REIRail, that I wish to port out so I can cancel my service.  Mojo doesn't keep numbers like that.  I don't want the "Google is connecting your call" or whatever they say again.  

What services have others used.  I don't plan on using them still or keeping them forever so I just want something cheap in case I get a 'leftover' from previous calls.  

1). Those numbers are not a deal I would do. 

2). How much moxie does your property manager have?

3). How’s your blood pressure?  

My good CPA retired a few years ago and his replacement couldn't hold a candle to his work.  

Great thread! I'm in Little Rock, focusing on larger multi-family investing and rehabs right now but would keep a good SFH or duplex if it came my way. I ran a women's investing meeting for a while locally and am considering starting it back up. It's exciting to see so many women in here.
