@Kase Knochenhauer What service do you use for skip tracing?  How do you like Mojo's skip tracing?  I've been using REIRail's system but they've jacked with their skip tracing so much I am looking for a new program entirely.  Plus, I feel like their platform has a lot of holes in it.  

@Christopher Petrillo, I would recommend doing a small sample test.  That's what I do with any service I try but I haven't tried either of these.  If you do, please come back and tell us how it went.  I just heard of Mojo and am considering this myself.

@AP Horvath You also have enough to do private lending.  

@AP Horvath  Storage space (build it yourself), office building, or possibly apartment buildings.  

I also thought about note investing.  That's a big longer for your return but GREAT returns.
