@Michelle T.you know what, 10 years down the road you'll be like "thank God I learnt so much in my first investment!". Because one thing is for sure, you won't do THOSE mistakes again!
I have a question though, your PITI (Principal Interest Taxes Insurance) is 395, then why do you have another cost for Taxes ($100)? I assume the other Insurance ($183) is for the flood insurance?
I appreciate you sharing this with us, so others can also learn.
