So let's say that I have a property which I paid both School Taxes and MUD Taxes on in 2014. Would the Harris County Tax Assessor website show those tax payments in the history or no?

@Christos Dimopoulos, Welcome! Make sure to read the Ultimate Guide for REI at www.biggerpockets./UBG. It will give you the overview of all the different routes you can take within REI and teach you a lot of the basic stuff!
@Brian Coble I suggest you attend the local REIA's in your city and talk to people. See what other people have accomplished and if anyone has accomplished what you want to do, then get to know those people better and learn from them. Ask them if they are willing to answer some of your questions now and then.

I like to stay open and not lock myself to one person. Especially when you really do not know that person well. I mean, you don't marry somebody on your first date, do you?
