I guess I heard the suggestion for a criteria sheet, and was wondering if there was some secret sauce I was missing.

I have been working with agents and had some success, but I am being overloaded with the automatic MLS alerts filling my inbox.

I heard on another Podcast that some investors provide a "Criteria Sheet" to the agents they work with. 

I was curious if anyone on here is utilizing this method, and might be able to share an example?

Hi @janiesuarez that is why I live in San Diego and invest elsewhere. You cannot beat the weather!

@Thomas Rand Parking wont be an issue if the numbers are right. Especially in any northern beach area in San Diego. 

If you are trying to sell retail then it could definitely be an issue depending on available property in the area. but PB parking is almost non existent for residents with no lack of renters.

@Logan Allec  I can forward some SD wholesale group emails to you, that way you can decide which emails you want to sign up for. DM me. La jolla would be very hard to find a fourplex for that price but I just saw a very good priced duplex in point loma that may be interesting.
