@Kevin Roy I'll be visiting Huntsville for the 2nd time next week if you are there we should connect.

@Caleb Bryant is right.  Huntsville's hotness is out and the owners know it.  Try looking outside to the surrounding counties in addition to Huntsville.  Madison and Limestone.

Hey All!  Thank you so much for coming out and carving time out of your busy lives!  I was impressed by the turnout and the quality of conversation.  I learn something new from every event that I attend.  We would like to make this a monthly event.  

I'll be posting the next event on Meetup.com as well and on Bigger Pockets.  Let's help each other out.  Please spread the word to anyone interested in multifamily or even any real estate, all are welcome.
