Post: Where should I invest Indianapolis IN, or Carmel IN?

Everyone above is right. Carmel is great to live in - less great to invest in!

Also - if you are just looking at your Income - PITI, you are NOT getting anything near a full picture. You need to take into account repairs, CAPEX, vacancy, etc. In a perfect month, you will see a positive impact on your bank account of $160, but you aren't accounting for the house slowly but surely breaking down, or the time where you inevitably have to re-rent it.

Hit me up if you want to chat!

Quote from @Greg Scott:

If you have no experience and no time, and can't be there in a pinch because you live 2 hours away, isn't that being penny-wise and pound-foolish?

Once you have either experience or time, then I'd look to possibly self-manage.

 preach!

Hey bud - congrats! Love Brian's idea about repeating what you've already done! Lean in to what you've been successful at!

Hey - feel free to reach out. I'm not affiliated with any PM - but would love to help how I can.  I've had several bad experiences over the years and can tell you what to watch out for.

@Mark Jones said it really well.  It can definitely be spotty. Generally speaking - it's not an area I choose to spend a lot of time. Feel free to hit me up if there's anything I can do to help!

Hey - there are a couple I recommend to people.

Marty Matlock

Kenny Hall

You need to understand the style of PM you want though. Lots of different types talked about above.
