Hello you awesome people. I run the Sin City REIA in Las Vegas. I am always looking for speakers to share their experiences. If you have a trip planned we usually meet the third Thursday of every month and usually have 75+ people attend but will make a special meeting if you are in town some other day. It's a great group but we don't allow any sales pitches. All information. If you're interested please let me know. Thank you so much for everything. This site has been an amazing resource and I hope I can be a resource for you in the Las Vegas market. Also, if you are in town but don't want to speak I would still like to meet you and talk.

Hi Michael, I have a burn down and a garage conversion going on right now and had no problems with the Henderson and City of las Vegas planning and permit departments. You just have to make sure your plans are right, you have the right stamps, and the people you are working with know what they are doing. What do you plan on doing? New build or just additions?

That is so funny I went to visit those. You picked those up?

If you can find the right person. Paint. If you can't replace. They should own a HVLP sprayer. I've never seen a good job done without one of these.
