I would go to seller, especially if you have good documentation of disclosures in your favor, and ask them to pay for a solution. My 2 cents.

Drew, I've found the podio contacts form is static so I put all my contacts into an app where I can customize items, but I've found this way is much more difficult to build relationships. Anybody having luck using podio this way to lbk items (contacts) with leads?

So the Epic Real Estate podcast advertises Epicfastfunding.com which is really Seedcapital. They say they'll give up to 50k of unsecured credit. Has anyone used them? What are their interest rates? Thanks!

I heard of a house in Copperton getting snapped up for ~$30-40k recently with a tax lien. Tax notice was on the door.

I have 3 google voice accounts (1 # /account) and when a saved contact from my personal account calls me my phone won't recognize it for voicemails or if they call my GV #. It really is a headache. Maybe I'll try these alternatives.
