Does anyone believe that you can really time the housing market? We know it is close to impossible to time the stock market. Are there any completly accurate indicators to show if the market will turn downward or up?
Interest rates have not proven to be an accurate measure.
A Big HOWDY to the man in Texas! Congrats on your Spurs Tonight. Must be hot as hell down there
I've read about Prepaid legal, and have heard good things, but it seems that everywhere I looed online, people were bashing the service. I know they are a publicly traded company, but I wish I had a better read about the company.
NewMoney, what are the negatives to the company? It's easy to tout positives, but it is a bit tougher to be straightforward with the down side. I hope to hear your take. Thanks for all the info, though.
People prioritize things in their lives. I'm not sure all people do, but most do in one way or another. I think it simply comes down to if soemone is driven enough to make the righ moves, they will. If it seems like too much of a hassle for them, they're going to re-prioritize.
Some people have got it, some dont.

What is the question as per flipping or repairing? Are you trying to figure out if you want to repair the property then sell it? Or, are you thinking about using it as a rental property? Were you thinking of assigning the property before close? What exactly is the question, so we can better help you out?

I'm getting weekly calls from my mortgage rep. because I'm below 50% occupancy in my fourplex (I'm also rehabbing). I keep putting him off, but they keep telling me I'm going to lose my insurance as well.
If you negotiate, you can set up a payment plan, and as for getting a refund if you sell, that is exactly what will happen. Take care.
Hey. I think Toney hit it on the head. There is a future for you, but you will need to put in time and energy to make it happen. Don't let that dissuade you, though. It doesn't matter if you're 38 or 15. If you want it to happen, it will.

Hey! You came to the right place. You can learn about all that here. As for a mentor in GA, I can't help you, but I'm sure there are some people here who would be willing to help you out.
