Artisian Village in Phoenix has some, near 7th St & Roosevelt.

I know someone building a 26 unit complex that will have space for an office south of downtown. It won't be ready until late this year but if that is an option for you, I can send you more details on it thru a message.

Hi Patrick, thanks for the reply and helpful info. I would very much appreciate more details on the project. TIA!

I'll send you a message Ryan.

At $200, unless its almost new or a high end stove, you may want to consider a new one instead. We usually don't have a lot in appliance repairs since it usually makes more sense to get a new or like new one.

I second Denise and pricing under $500 for our property management company, but not sure if she takes on individual owners, or if she does, at that same rate.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but I work with MULTIfamily investors and a couple are considering building, mostly under 20 units. Is that something you have experience with?

Yes, most are Class C tenants. There is a Zillow premium. The plan we have is thru the platform we use to syndicate all the marketing but I believe they have a per listing, per month setup if you are manually adding it to their rent manager platform.

Apartments.com has been solid but if you want to advertise, Padmission and other housing assistance programs have been a solid source for us.

Just looking at the properties we've leased where an agent brought us the tenant, its usually $1,500 and up and we offered a co-broke to the agent.

Also, if you're referring to the 14 units on Polk, small world, but I sold that building to a client of mine back in 2014.

Jeremy, we manage MULTIfamily properties throughout Phoenix. Our top source for applications is Zillow and we pay to get more exposure on Zillow, so if you aren't doing that, check into doing that. We get a lot of leads but in our experience, most are tire kickers on Facebook Marketplace. You likely won't have an agent bringing you a tenant at that rental amount. Are you posting on Apartments.com as well? What other marketing or specials are you offering?

Happy to connect and share what we are doing to get our units rented.

I'm interested in networking with local real estate investors in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. Does anyone have a list of local meetups or recommend one they have attended?
