Best advice I can give you is to start meeting people who are investing in the market also. A good way to do that is to come to the local REIA meetings. Our next meeting is this Thursday 1/14. The meeting is at 7025 Evans Towne center drive on the 4th floor. The meeting starts at 7:00

Call Venus Morris if you want to sell your $500,000+ house in Summerville. If you are looking for an investor friendly real estate agent call Jim Hadden or Betsey Davis

Hey Jason. I am not familiar with the market in the Atlanta area but I do know that you have a lot of opportunities in the Augusta area that could be well below your $150,000 budget. As long as you can find a good agent and property manager in Augusta you should be fine. Its only a two and a half hour drive from Atlanta if things do go wrong.

Congratulations on having your personal house free and clear!
