@Surendra Chawla I currently live in the Austin area but moved here from Raleigh. Both have outlying areas that are ideal for what you're suggesting. @Tiffany Alexy is an experienced REI agent in the Raleigh area who would be able to offer guidance. Good luck and let us know where you end up purchasing!

I agree with @Greg H. And if the community is small enough, go old school and ask to put up flyers at local businesses; nail and hair salons, coffee shops, grocery bulletin boards, etc. Minimally it will start a dialogue with the folks who work there. Good luck!

I highly recommend @Scott Smith out of Austin.

He understands LLC establishment and implementation extremely well.

Happy to speak with you about my experience with him.

Evan Kirkpatrick is a phenomenal CPA.

I've heard Elizabeth McFarland is a good RE attorney here in Georgetown.

Dan Castro is an investor and great as well; possibly one of the best in the country, IMO.

My family and I have stayed on sailboat AirBnBs before and loved it. We are sailors ourselves but availability always seems pretty limited (ie, lots of demand) when we look. Just leave really clear instructions on head use! Our favorites have included things like kayaks or paddleboards that tie up into the slip. Good luck!

I have not personally used them, but have you tried Prosperity Bank or R Bank? I've heard of them being flexible and investor friendly. They can be a little note nimble since they're smaller. Good luck!

I agree, it's very difficult (impossible really) to type any response to the forums or messages. I did get an email survey recently specifically about working on the app, so hopefully it gets updated soon.
