How to do airbnb. I have tenants i my properties. Can i build extra room in the backyard? Any one in Atlanta who can build simple room and bathroom and kitchen and airconditioner etc. in my backyard to put that small simple room for airbnb. Do i need to get county or city permission to build that simple detached room in my big backyard.

Please advise
Thanks in advance

I purchased property with septic issues from a wholesaler 6 months back saying as is. Wholesaler did not mentioned me about any septic related issues. I was only given 10 days to close and told not to disturb tenants. Now i am dealing with all head aches. Is there is a way i can ask wholesaler to talk to previous owner to pay for the septic related repairs? As a seller do i have any rights or help i can get in this matter. Thanks in advance. Please advise

septic tanks backing up and sewer water going to crawl space. I spoke to many septic contractors every one saying different story and different prices to repair starting from 2k to 40k. I am totally confused. Some say my soil report not that good and need to involve county as well. To just pump both tanks costing 1000$. How to trust which contracting company does decent job at reasonable price with unknown unseen issues like septic tanks around Atlanta area. How to stop sewer water going into crawl space which is smelling bad which is major problem. Thanks in advance.

I met recently one person. He mentions he can find out of state properties from auction web sites for cheap around 10k. He says i can put tenant for rent to own type of deal for 7-10 years for about 500$ rent. I heard Since tenant rent to owns no need of any repairs or toilet issue. Did any one treid this approach. Any pros and cons of this approach. Any good resources and places to get started. I do not want too much problematic properties as well as i do not have time to deal with septic etc. issues with city and counties. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Any good pump recommendation to suck water from one side using 100 feet tube and throw other side with 100 feet tube from crawl space. I rented last time immersion pump from home depot for 60$ for 1 day. Challenge with that immersion pump is handyman has to move that immersion pump all over crawl space and there is tube only on throwing side not on sucking side. Lowes also expensive to rent. Any plumber stores where i can buy these trash pump kind of pump for less budget. Please advise
Thanks,Praveen
