I don't currently own one but I have heard great reviews about these. I intend get one to replace my old Kenmore when it dies eventually. As Michael mentioned though, no sense in installing this if the other appliances as entry-level.

Definitely Bosch - the Bosch Ascenta goes on sale regularly up here at the Lowes and Home Depot. Sounds like the best bang for your buck - looks good and very decent functionality at about $500-$600 (or less in the states I guess).

Google calendar is definitely your best bet - you can use the regular gmail accounts and share eachothers' calendars. As @Alex Halimou suggested, you can also get a Google Apps Account and use your domain instead so you'll all have your company emails and calendars instead of @gmail.com . Some CRMs also allow for similar functionality with calendars as well as other features too.

In Ottawa here, trying to start by getting into Student Rentals - with the 3 major institutions (Carleton, Algonquin and Ottawa U) all growing, I feel like long term that would be a good cashflow strategy. Anyone else doing Student Rentals? Personal experiences to share? Doing student rentals in other cities?

Yes agreed persistence is key - multiple postcards/letters also kinda a build your brand for that potential seller. When its ready to sell, you want them to think of you!
