I myself am familiar with SolveCRM - they have tight integration with Google Apps so its easy to do merged docs for mail-outs or run reports in Google Sheets with the info in the CRM. You can set it up to track your leads as they get through your business processes and report on the progress etc.

It integrates with online campaign managers like Mailchimp for online campaigns and you can see from within the contact page if the email was opened by the recipient etc. Also can be set up so anyone who enters information on your website is automatically added to the CRM database. I recommend the short webinar if you wanted to take a peek.

Jut to throw some more in the mix here for you Marina, I've heard of Base CRM and Solve CRM being thrown around as well - I personally have experience with SolveCRM and find it great for tracking everything - almost everything can be automated!

Sounds awesome, funnelling Ringcentral Voicemails into a CRM but not sure how feasible it is - open to hearing if others have done that! That would be awesome! I think as far as calling in goes, it would be better to actually have someone pick up the phone and talk to the lead as opposed to having them listen to a recorded message. Then the person can take down the information and populate the CRM with it.

If you're looking for automation, I think a webpage would be easy to implement - squeeze page collects whatever data you want > pushes info automatically to your CRM > organize leads in your CRM > send campaign out (email or post).

I am personally familiar with SolveCRM and they have integrations that allow for forms to auto-populate the database and mark them as leads. You can then push an email campaign out using one of the integration campaign managers like Constant Contact and Mailchimp OR pull that data into a Google Doc to print out mail labels, personalized letters (they do field merges) etc. You can PM me if you have questions.

Open to hearing how others are managing their processes.

Welcome @Matthew Holman! Leverage in general is to 'make use of'/'Take advantage of' and in the context of investing, a phrase you might hear is  "leverage OPM" - means you're leveraging Other People's Money (OPM). i.e: You're taking advantage of funds that are not your own, to work for you.
