Hi Everyone, I am glad I joined Biggerpockets to start my investment journey.

I was trying to buy my own house first but I decided my mind to buy investment property first. I am currently living in the Bay Area, California. I am looking for an agent who has experience in investing property anywhere in the States. After having one property this year, I want to expand my properties.

I am open to investing in multi-family houses not only in California but also in the nearest states (AZ, NV, or WA).

-ANY GOOD CASHFLOW AREAS in CA? Modesto or Stockton, Fresno, Sacramento, Central Valley?

-Any recommendations for a real estate agent, experienced in good investment properties?

Thank you for all your help!

I still don't know which area I should buy a multi-family home in California. Should I invest in the other states?

First of all welcome to BP family! I’m from Rocklin area which is north of Sacramento. What’s your budget/price before we find a property for you. All the best!

Thank you for your reply!
My budget is $100k. Do you have 2-4 multi unit?

Not even bare land for $100k.

@Mariya Anabo Agreed with Sri S. above. I'm a real estate broker from Roseville/Rocklin area. One of the best area for Bay Area investors and I have helped many of them. Schools are great here and let know if I can be any help. There are lot of brand new communities built in Roseville, Rocklin and Lincoln area. You can get decent brand new home for $600k. All the best!!!

@Ahamed AM Ali I’m a real estate broker in Rocklin which is right next to Rosevillle. I would say Roseville is a great place to do investment. I have helped many investors from out of area who bought properties in Rosevillle/Rocklin area. This area is growing and rental market is still HOT. Let me know if I can be any help. All the best!!!

@Vijay Moh Hi There! I'm a real estate broker and I'm in Rocklin 20 miles north of Sacramento. Rocklin has one of the best schools in placer county. Roseville has great schools as well. There are lot of builders and building new homes in Roseville/Rocklin areas. You can find a real good house for that price ranger even in $600k range. Rental is a great both in Roseville/Rocklin areas. Both cities are adjacent to each other and have great employers like Kaiser, Sutter, HP, Bosch, Amazon Hub, Galleria Mall, Auto Mall. Rocklin  has 2 zip code 95765 and 95677, and Roseville has 3 zip code 95747, 95678 & 95661. Next to Roseville/Rocklin is Lincoln and that town is developing a lot. Please let me know if I can be any help. All the best!!!
