@Tyler Kellogg, good day to you. Those discount points can vary from lender to lender. It is also dependent on your credit score, occupancy type, percentage of down payment that you're looking to put, etc.

I recommend getting a second opinion to ensure that you're getting a good deal. Happy to answer any questions that you may have. Feel free to reach out.

Hi @Nana Komeh Abboah-Offei, only warrantable condos can be purchased with VA, FHA and Conventional loans. Non-warrantable loans generally require portfolio loan products which require higher down payment, 15-20% being the minimum. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out directly!

Hi @Naren Roy, your property taxes are not accurate. Go on the county website and use a tax estimator based on your purchase price, not what the seller paid for it, and re-run your numbers. Also, did your lender quote you 8.1% with 10% down and only 4% closing costs? Which bank is offering that? Seems a bit low and not recent as of late.

Hi @Juan Fonseca, i'm in your neck of the woods. What exactly is it that you're looking for with a credit union regarding your LLC? Purchasing real estate in your LLC while guaranteeing it with your personal income and credit?
