Hi, I work with a lot of people/investors on a regular basis. I would contact different contractors online in the area and talk to them about your questions and concerns. Since, you will have to do business with them on your properties on a personal level. There are a lot of contractors in the area. I also suggest for people to do their own homework. Also, each property will need different work to be done or concerns/issues. So, there will be different cost for repairs regarding each property.

 Good Luck!
