Joseph Chen Thanks for your advice! Do you know any good skip tracing companies that you could recommend?

David White That's great hopefully you have better luck tracking down the owners. If not, this thread will be very beneficial to you too!

David White Yeah it's a great way to get leads and I offer a referral fee that way he can stay motivated to keep them coming

Jonathan Quintanilla My friend told me they both have been vacant for a long time, also when I spoke to the neighbors they confirmed what my friend told me. The houses are in bad shape and there's no sign of anyone occupying them. Thanks, skip tracing was what I was thinking would be my next best option.

Hello fellow BPers, I have recruited a mail man friend to keep an eye open and send me potential leads. This paid off this week when he sent me 2 leads in Dallas, Texas. Here's my issue, both homes are still showing the current owners at the location and they are both vacant. Other than talking to neighbors, leaving notes on the home and mining google for info (which I have done already) is there any thing else I can do to try to get in contact with the owners?

Bill G. You said to go down to the city/county courthouse and look up code violations right? Well my question is, do you look for specific code violations?

Bill G. What codes do you usually look for?
