Post: Looking for insurance products for flips in all 50 states

We have started buying/selling properties in a variety of states. Currently: AR, AZ, FL, MD, GA, NJ, VA. But that will expand as the months go on.

We would like to have the properties insured from day 1 of the purchase until closing.

I currently use State Farm, but I have found both their in-person office as well as online customer service to be very poor.

Any suggestions for home insurance for flips? Maybe I should be approaching this differently?

Thanks!

From your list, it looks like your 3/1.5 1,700 sq ft house should have an ARV of $220,000. If the list only goes back 3 years, then its unlikely that prices are lower than they were then.

Hi all,

I have a deal that I would like to create a nice presentation for. I've seen decent presentations in the past, that are well laid out, right colors, right fonts, etc.

Should I just browse Loopnet to find presentations? Or is there another place that may be more organized.

Would you mind posting "excellent" deal presentations that we can take a look at?

@Stephen S. , I checked, and Pitman residents can legally park in the adjacent lot for free.

There are a few empty spaces that cars are using to park on legally. That property has a local real estate agent: Melissa Ryan - (856) 582-0366

5 properties, 5 states.

I've put them on a Google Sheet, please take a look

Properties for sale

Some are off-market at the moment, and the 3 properties that are on the MLS, are presented below the MLS asking price.

If you are a seller/wholesaler who wants to upload some properties to the list, send me an email or friend request. To save time, provide me with the information presented on the spreadsheet and I can add the properties more quickly to the list.

(This list will be sent to several hundred buyers nationwide)

Hi all,

I am closing on a property located at 8889 Central Point Rd, Hillsboro, MO 63050. It is a 3/1.5, being sold as-is.

I am in contract as the buyer, with official closing coming up around June 2nd.

Looking for wholesalers who can bring cash buyers. Contact me if your interested.

Just curious how many buyers everyone is currently working with, and if a larger list can be an indication of a more successful wholesaler.
