So I've posted the bandit signs around the areas i wanna invest in as well further out, I've been doing the craigslist advertisement. Long story short i just want plenty of more ways to advertise and if you can give details on the process or steps to achieve that process such as direct mail and many more if possible. Please and thank you in advance if you do have any feedback or plans that can really help me expand.

Is there any tips and feedback on finding a tax delinquent list? I wanna start direct mail marketing and I've heard only great feedback on properties from tax delinquents list so please anything will help towards great feedback or tips.

Now i wanna start sending out post cards and i need the most feedback possible about this topic because i found out vista print has a mailing service and they have lists but are they worth it from vista print or should i buy it somewhere else and just upload the list like from Melissa data ? the more help the better please.
