Thanks Steven Leigh for the response , now I wanna actually contact my county assessor via phone . What would be a great way to ask them about the list of back taxes on properties ?

I recently saw on Bigger Pockets a idea to find people who owe taxes on there property from the county assessor's website, SO is there any people out there who do know of this trick and can help me figure out how to find the people with back taxes on the property?

Thanks @Brian Spatz for commenting as well but as of now i think for location purposes i wanna go to ABS School of real estate so if your brokerage takes in people that would be great.

SO i've been debating recently to figure out if i should get my real estate license and i finally came to a thought and just told myself get it. Now i have been looking up different schools or courses to take but i found two that seem too good to be true. They were both on groupon (I kinda find that funny). One is called ABS School or Real Estate & the other was Mary Kay Jenny and they give you a real estate course but do you really obtain the license or only the education of real estate if anybody know or could find out that would be so helpful.
