Just be careful. There are a lot of deals that dont work. A lot of sellers that will provide bad info and outright lie.
Do your due dligence. So critical. Do internet searches. Search the BBB, and this is a great community to run your deal by seasoned investors!
Best wishes!!!

Best wishes. This is a great site. It provides a lot of learning and serves as sort of a watchdog for the pitfalls. Just get engaged and you will pick up alot of good things very quickly.

I agree with @Jeb Brilliant There are several companies to stay away from or at least do extreme due diligence on. I'm in Indianapolis and have experience with quite a few companies, and there are definitely some danger points involved in investing and rehab. @Jason Malabute if you are an out of state investor or investing remotely, you need to work extra hard to screen whomever you do business with.
Many people are great running the numbers and getting an idea of possible outcomes, but you have to be able to trust the information provided and that is one of the critical points.

I think all of those are quality companies. Indianapolis can be a tricky market, theres alot of street by street. Just get several different looks on comps, but yeah those guys have inventory, they'll all communicate well.

Yes, I'm the same guy. I'm in Indianapolis. I'm not affiliated with that anymore. Just a local broker. Used to be part of a buy and sell group. Just a regular guy considering next investment options.
