Nick B. We work with several investors from NY who are looking to invest in areas of CT that make sense from a cash flow perspective. PM me sometime and we can set up a quick chat to see if we can help each other. I am confident we can help. I look forward to speaking with you soon Nick.

@David Wolber welcome!! Glad to see more couples out there in the REI space. Great that you have some commercial space, that's always fun. If you ever want to connect, feel free to PM me. I am an active investor in CT, and run a small real estate brokerage "up north." We are always looking to connect with like minded people, and will be expanding into your area soon! Reach out any time David, and again, welcome to BP!!

@Jay J.. Great share!  We are expanding down to southern CT, and looking to increase our network with all investors from the NY area.  We re currently working with several other NYC area investors to locate rental properties that meet their criteria, and have also worked with some others on flips, lease options as well.  PM me any time, I would love to connect!  I am down that way a few times a month, but I reside in the north central CT. Congrats on your success!

@Steven Johnson. Welcome to BP. I love your post. I have to be honest (the wanta be investment guru in me), and question how can you have a ROTH IRA when your earnings exceed the amount where you are still allowed to contribute after tax dollars. However you are doing it, fantastic! If you ever end up looking to find investment properties in northern, eastern or middle of CT, feel free to reach out. I am an active investor, and always love connecting with new people over coffee or even a quick phone chat. PM me any time. Again, welcome. and I hope to get the opportunity to meet you soon!

We are looking for people who are in the process of getting their MA/CT license, or starting to do so.  We are also looking for agents who are new, who may be looking to earn income much more quickly than the traditional Real Estate Brokerage through a lead generation system that is unprecedented. Are you considering getting into real estate, but always thought that you wouldn't make $$ soon enough?  We have a way!  Get in now and the sky is the limit!

Here are some characteristics required:

- The drive to make a difference in the lives of their customers, with the primary focus on the consumer or investor. This is the most important quality we are seeking; consumer needs ARE the main focus.

- The tenacity to go after HUGE goals and be relentless in the search for a greater purpose

- The spirit to be a part of a growing and winning team, and get in on the ground floor of some extremely exciting changes within our industry

- The power to create a positive attitude in the face of challenge, adversity, and growth

We are a full service real estate brokerage and have a much more unique way to work with our customers and create value for them that goes above and beyond the rest. Please PM me for details and to set up a confidential informal interview.

Thank you for looking at the ad, and we hope to hear from you soon!

Great post! And here I was looking to find a way to remove the "edit" I submitted for one of my posts.  I simply wanted to make a change (add some things) and clicked "submit," and it shows beneath the original post.  Now I would actually like to "cancel" the edit, and just create a New Ad, because I realize that it makes sense to create to job postings for what I am looking for. I will poke around, and hopefully there is a way to cancel "edits." If not, no worries.  I am so grateful to even be part of BP and allowed to share my knowledge, experience, and build my business further.  This is exactly what

@Joshua Dorkin set out to do, from what I seen so far. Thank you for all you do. Creating jobs. Providing a space for networking that is amazing. And most importantly, providing a space for knowledge to be transferred free of charge and put to good use in the marketplace to create a better name for REI's. So, a big Thanks to Josh. And a thank you for the "mention" in the podcast a few months ago about hiring a good investor friendly agent. Keep it up Josh. YOU are killing it :-)

@Kimberly Burke welcome to BP!  I love the resume. Would love to connect with you in the near future.  "Helping others" is what prompted my response.  Hope we can connect soon!
